Freelance Graphic Designer

We're looking for a creative and reliable Graphic Designer to join our growing online marketing agency based in Malta. This is a fully remote freelance position open to candidates across Europe — wherever you're based, you can work with us, as long as you hold a valid European VAT number for invoicing purposes.

You'll be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across digital and print channels, supporting our clients' marketing campaigns, social media presence, email communications, and brand identity needs. • Design digital assets for web, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising
• Create print-ready materials including brochures, banners, flyers, and promotional items
• Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all client deliverables
• Produce engaging content such as infographics, presentations, and marketing visuals
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive creative output
• Turn briefs and concepts into clear, compelling visual designs aligned with client objectives
• Stay up to date with design trends and best practices to keep work fresh and effective
• Communicate design rationale clearly to team members and clients
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator required; InDesign)
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and branding principles
• Experience creating visual content for social media platforms
• Knowledge of web design principles and digital design best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams
• Valid European VAT number is required, as this is a freelance engagement and invoicing will be handled on a B2B basis
